ABOUT
The inaugural Dreamy Draw Music Festival launched in 2023 at the Scottsdale Civic Center, celebrating the rich tapestry of country, folk, Americana, roots, and rock music. Over two days, the festival brought together an impressive lineup, including nationally renowned acts like Lord Huron, Midland, Hailey Whitters, and Margo Price, alongside emerging regional talent such as Evan Honer, Taylor Glasheen, and The Senators. Dreamy Draw emphasizes not only delivering star-studded performances but also championing the sounds of the "New West" by showcasing local artists.

STRATEGY
Secured comprehensive media coverage across local and national print, television, and radio outlets.
Targeted country and mainstream music press to amplify the festival's presence.
Partnered with local platforms for giveaways to enhance community engagement.
Conducted outreach to local colleges for on-site press coverage and promotional giveaways.
Implemented influencer marketing campaigns to broaden reach.
Organized PR opportunities for musical guests, including broadcast features, artist interviews, recorded sessions, and on-site photoshoots.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In a duo team, I served as a Junior Publicist at INFAMOUS PR for this event. I co-managed this project, showcasing my ability to drive results. Key responsibilities included:
Strategically researching and pitching to diverse media outlets, including local and national print, television, radio press alongside music-focused press and pr outlets.
Reached out to each artist on the lineup to review if they were open to PR opportunities surrounding the festival and individual projects to amplify their appearance at the festival.

Reviewing press applications and distributing press passes
Managing giveaway partners and ensuring all contact information of winners were correct for distribution of wristbands
Coordinating on-site artist interviews, photoshoots, podcasts and live sessions with media, ensuring seamless communication, preparation, briefs and on-time execution.
Overseeing on-site media relations, such as ensuring all press were taken care of, influencers were accommodated with VIP treatment, and establishing meaningful connections with all influencers, press and guests.
Managing coverage across announcement, pre-event, and post-event phases to sustain momentum.
